worth killing for.
I don’t care
what He’s called.

I think if He could
speak to us
He’d say
He was appalled.

There is no God
I know of
who can
conjure up the sin,
of the God that lies
inside our hearts,
The Devil, that’s within.

There is no God
I understand
Who preaches “Holy” War.

That’s a concept
Men invented
that’s not what
God’s for.

Killing God’s creations
seems a crazy
kind of call.

If He’s the one you worship?
Sorry.
That’s not God at all.
