As the Fraser Inquiry begins to
uncover the ineptitude that lies at the heart of the Scottish
Parliament building massive cost overrun, what has been striking
is the complete lack of access to public documents that the
Enquiry has.
Unlike the recent Hutton enquiry where
copious quantities of official letters, documents and emails
were published on the enquiry Website, there has been no such
